This is a full hands-on, BYOB beginner cheese making class. You will cook at your own workstation (2 per station) as I guide you through the process of making Butter, Mozzarella and Burrata and as a group we will make a large batch of Ricotta. In addition, your take home recipe booklet will have several more beginner cheeses such as Cream Cheese, Quesa Blanco and French Style Chevre (goat cheese) all of which you will be able to make after this full immersion beginner class!! Due to the nature of this class, it is limited to 8 -10 per class.
This Class is a fun BYOB hands on experience and coffee and water are included. PLUS, we eat what we make!!
