CHEESE KIT STORAGE: Please note that cheese making ingredients have been being used for centuries, at room temperature they will last 2-3 months. If you store them as directed on each package (Fridge or Freezer) this will extend the shelf life up to 2 years for most ingredients!
SHIPPING UPDATE (05/10/2016) on all LIVING SOCIAL orders, ALLOW approximately 7-10 business days for standard processing plus 2 - 3 days shipping, per the deal offer. We consistently strive to stay ahead of the stated processing time. Most orders will ship earlier than expected so please, do not order if you plan to be on vacation during the next 10 days. Please note that you will be offered expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping is $5.99 for our Basic kit and $9.99 for our Complete kit and will be charged at checkout.

Shipping is paid separately at checkout via major credit card. Please see our current shipping timetable above in order to select the correct shipping option at checkout.
Please, Do Not Cut & Paste your voucher number into the coupon code box, please retype manually as we have experienced trouble with cutting & pasting. In addition, our website does not seem to work well with Google Chrome.
**If you purchased multiple kits, each kit must have a separate order ** We apologize for the inconvenience however, this was the only way we could get our system to process your voucher codes effectively. If you purchase them during the same transaction, ONLY ONE kit will ship as only one shipping and one voucher would have been validated.

PLEASE include your VOUCHER NUMBER, your name and what error message or issue you are having and we will do our best to respond within 48 hours during the business week. Please note that we are unable to process your order for you however, we will get back to you and help you get through the ordering process.
Farm hours are 9:30am - 4:30pm Central Time and please remember that we are a working farm and spend more of our time in the barns, rather then behind a desk! We may not always be able to answer the phone when it rings or return an email immediately, but we will make every effort to pick up messages daily as well as email. Please note, we only return calls during regular business hours so email is our preferred way of communication.
