Cheese Making with our unique Artisan Cheese & Charcuterie Lunch BYOB
~MUST be 18 to attend and 21 to consume alcohol~
Cheeses we will learn how to make include, Traditional Greek Style Feta, European Belgium Style Feta, Ricotta, French Style Chevre, Butter & our 45 minute Mozzarella.
The “All-inclusive” workshop also features our unique artisan cheese & charcuterie lunch as well as trouble shooting and our detailed cheese making booklet that includes a few extra cheese recipes. Lastly, a visit with our beautiful herd of Nubian dairy goats!!
Feel free to bring wine or beer to enjoy with your artisan cheese luncheon.
Please note that this class is held 4 times per year and must have a minimum attendance per class of 6. If you schedule a class and the class does not meet the required minimum, the class will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule into another class.
If you have a private group of 8 or more please contact me directly to set up a private class & date. Please note, we do not accept vouchers for Private classes.
