Your original order included free shipping. However, because the carrier marked the package as delivered, the charge shown is for the shipping cost of the replacement package.
Unfortunately, as a small family business, we recently had to implement this policy beginning January 1, 2026. We've experienced a significant increase in packages that carriers mark as delivered but are later reported missing. Over time, these losses have become difficult for us to absorb.
At this time, we are still covering the cost of the replacement product and the original shipping. The only fee being charged is a partial shipping cost for the replacement order, as carrier rates have increased significantly over the past several years.
