This is a your class!! It can be full hands-on or demonstration BYOB beginner cheese making class. I will walk us through the process of making Butter, Mozzarella, Burrata and Ricotta. In addition, your take home recipe booklet will have several more beginner cheeses such as Cream Cheese, Quesa Blanco and French Style Chevre (goat cheese) all of which you will be able to make after this full immersion beginner class!!
We provide Coffee and Water as well as plenty of cheese!
This Class is a fun BYOB and minimum fee is $850. Contact me for detailed pricing based on the number of participants and the type of class you want. Non-refundable Class deposits are $425 but may be more based on the event. Classes may be rescheduled up to 3 times with 48 hours notice.
